 We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Guest Experience Officer to curate exceptional, memorable stays for our guests. 

Key Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for guest requests, service, feedbacks and concerns.
• Work within Front Desk and F&B in ensuring seamless delivery of guest service.
• Deliver personalized guest experiences.
• Coordinate special ad-hoc arrangements for guests.
• Curate and recommend local activities, dining, and cultural experiences.
• Involve in establishing and maintaining detailed guest profiles and preferences for enhancing repeated stays
