Full Time Retail Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,400 in Camp Kitty Johor - Maukerja

• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience
• Experience handling messaging channel (whatsapp, Instagram DMs)
• Familiar with POS systems and able to reconcile cash, card and e-wallet payments at end of day
• Excellent verbal and written English and BM required
• Calm under pressure when dealing with anxious cat owners
• Passionate about cats with enough cat care knowledge to answer questions confidently

RETAIL ASSISTANT CUM CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Provide personalised assistance to help customers find products and services suitable for their cats, educate customers on product benefits and usage
• Maintain an organised, clean and visually appealing retail space
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory level and communicate restocking needs
• Operate the POS, process payments accurately and reconcile daily takings at the end of each shift
• Maintain accurate inventory records, daily stock counts and pricing
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly
• Handle bookings for boarding and grooming jobs, send media updates and reports to cat owners
• Maintain a clean customer database 
• Resolve customer complaints
