We are currently looking for a hands-on Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily operations for our Cut & Bend Division. Candidates with manufacturing, steel fabrication, precast, or industrial production experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Cut & Bend production team
• Ensure daily production targets and delivery timelines are achieved
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards
• Manage manpower planning, attendance, and task allocation
• Provide guidance, coaching, and on-job support to operators and production staff
• Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend process improvements
• Coordinate closely with production, maintenance, and management teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or related industrial environment
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills
• Experience handling production floor operations and daily workflow coordination
• Knowledge in mechanical or electrical processes will be an added advantage
• Good problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred Certifications

• Supervisory management certification
• Mechanical/Electrical supervisor credentials
• National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) or workplace safety certification
• Leadership and team management related certifications
