Job Summary

Responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and basic support of the company’s network infrastructure to ensure stable and smooth daily operations. This role focuses on basic configuration, troubleshooting, and technical support under the guidance of senior staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installing and configuring network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
• Support setup of LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity.
• Perform basic IP configuration and device setup.
• Monitor network status and report any issues to the senior team.
• Troubleshoot basic network and internet connectivity problems.
• Provide first-level support for users (Wi-Fi, internet, VPN, and network access).
• Assist in routine maintenance, system updates, and equipment checks.
• Assist in supporting CCTV network connectivity and related IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors or ISP under supervision when required.

Requirements

• Certificate / SKM / Diploma in Computer Network System, IT, or related field.
• Basic knowledge in networking
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting.
• Willing to learn and able to work under supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
