As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are looking for a technically sound and highly disciplined Resident Engineer to ensure our vision is built to perfection.

THE ROLE

As our Resident Engineer, you will be the "eyes and ears" on-site. You will bridge the gap between architectural design and structural execution, ensuring that every square inch of our developments meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Guard: Supervise all structural, architectural, and M&E works to ensure 100% compliance with approved drawings.
• Technical Lead: Resolve on-site technical "clashes" and provide immediate solutions to engineering challenges.
• Inspections: Conduct rigorous site inspections (RFI) and ensure all materials (concrete, steel, etc.) meet SIRIM/CIDB and project specifications.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor the Master Work Programme, identify potential delays early, and maintain detailed site diaries and progress reports.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA standards and ensure the site operates within local authority guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of site experience, preferably in high-rise residential or commercial developments.
• Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret C&S, M&E, and Architectural drawings. Familiarity with local Sabah building bylaws.
• Soft Skills: A firm, professional communicator who can manage subcontractors and consultants with authority.
• Mobility: Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to various project sites as required.
