Full Time QAQC ENGINEER (Electrical Construction) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Voltz Engineering Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

JOB Description

• Plan, coordinated & executed all project quality assurance and quality control work
• Able to work independently and ensure proper project execution in each project phase meeting the client project quality requirement and industrial Material construction Specification expectation.
• Prepare method of statements (MOS), installation, Inspection Test Plan to the assign system and ensure work executed quality based on MOS, Shop Drawings and Schedule and incompliance with respective industrial Material construction Specification.
• Manage the implementation of project quality control at site for Electrical distribution system, etc.
• Able to check and confirm construction shop drawings etc. follow the industrial Material construction Specification & head up to design & project team for any issue.
• Check the site installation compare with IFC drawing and prepare site observation report (SOR).
• Attend and witness factory acceptance test by filling the respective check list.
• Review subcontractor or supplier quality document submittals (Quality plans, Inspection Test Plans, procedures) to ensure effective controls are in place in key areas.
• Site inspection for the Electrical Installations, Electrical Equipment, Cable Laying, Cable jointing, mechanical piping system (OFA, PV, PCW) as per approved inspection and test plan.
• Witness and validate QAQC test performed by sub-contractors to make sure it conducted as per standard and complying all the quality client standard.
• Record any punch list items and liaise with sub-con to close the items.
• To install labelling for tools and equipment
• Prepare and compile handover document, test report and get client PM and SO sign off.
• Report to Project Manager.

JOB Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant QAQC project working experience, preferably in MNC Semiconductor industrial field.
• Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia both in writing and communication
• Computer literate and proficient in Ms. PowerPoint, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and AutoCAD
• Intermediate Knowledge in Civil, structural, architectural is a must.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Project would be an advantage.
• Possess with own transport
• Must possess a valid CIDB Green card

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
