Full Time Sales Executive (Motorcycle Business) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Hiredly X Johor - Maukerja

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field 
• At least 2 years of sales experience in motorcycle, automotive, tyre, lubricant, battery, or spare parts industry 
• Existing network with motorcycle dealers/workshops is an added advantage 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills 
• Self-motivated and target-oriented 
• Able to travel frequently within Johor and surrounding areas 
• Possess valid driving license and own transport 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting 

About the Role:

• We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to develop and grow our motorcycle business in Johor and surrounding regions. The candidate will be responsible for driving aggressive growth through new customers.
• Candidates with experience in motorcycle tyres, spare parts, lubricants, batteries, or related automotive products are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing motorcycle dealer and workshop accounts 
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory 
• Conduct regular dealer visits to build strong customer relationships 
• Promote company products, promotions, and sales programs 
• Achieve monthly sales targets and collection KPIs 
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback 
• Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate deliveries 
• Ensure timely payment collection from customers 
• Work closely with internal teams on stock planning and customer support 
• Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records 
• Participate in trade events, roadshows, and promotional activities when required
