Role Description

The Project Engineer role is a contract-based position located in Pengerang with hybrid working arrangements, allowing some work to be conducted from home. The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects, including planning, coordination, and execution. Tasks include preparing project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, collaborating with cross-functional teams, solving technical challenges, and maintaining project documentation to support project targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong skills in Project Management, Project Planning, and Project Engineering
• Knowledge and experience in Electrical Engineering
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments and possess strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required
• Previous experience in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry is highly desirable
