Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring that project tasks are executed according to the project plan.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues or delays.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success.
• Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans to proactively address challenges.
• Maintain regular, open, and effective communication with Project Director, including clients, team members, and senior management.
• Provide status updates and ensure Project Director are informed about project progress, changes, and challenges.
• Allocate and manage project resources efficiently, balancing workload and priorities.
• Ensure that team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities and have the necessary tools and support.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and meeting minutes.
• Ensure that projects are delivered within the approved financial limits.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and Project Director, highlighting budget variances.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years working experience in Project Manager position in the construction field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Location Requirement:

• This position is based in Kota Tinggi, Johor.
• Candidate must be willing and able to work in above mentioned location.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
