Job Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding by preparing documentation and organizing orientation sessions.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in tracking staff attendance and managing leave applications.
- Support the organization of training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Administration:
- Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Help coordinate office events and meetings, ensuring logistical arrangements are in place.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist in managing internal communication and liaising with various departments.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and office administration.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
