Job Description

Responsibilities

CUSTOMER SERVICE / OPERATIONS SUPPORT (LOGISTICS)

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru
Salary: RM2,400 – RM2,600
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (OT may be required)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle customer enquiries related to shipment and delivery
  • Provide updates on shipment status, delays, and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and internal teams
  • Monitor delivery schedules and assist in basic route planning
  • Handle customer feedback and support issue resolution
  • Prepare reports, update records, and maintain documentation
  • Support daily logistics and transport operations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
  • Experience in customer service within logistics / transport / forwarding is preferred
  • Familiar with shipment coordination and delivery processes
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
