Responsibilities
GIC Support:
MES Upgrade order / Sys Upgrade / Granite Upgrade / MPT3K Upgrade & Update ETCD Tracker
Save license Sys,Upgrade,E license , Granite
EMDR Approval-(Now new implement QE need upload Weshare first before Prod raise EMDR)
Update OCS Tracker & Upload through Weshare(Previously customer give to us new RMA number, now Alex Nord request "we own" to request RMA number directly from supplier) this incur additional work.
Follow up 12Q/12R tracker with customer and supplier
Scan Logbook & Upload FTS & Keep all logbook into Box by monthly
Upload Documents to Doc Con all product
Capture Photos for TUV Audit for STS
Raise Epurge & Follow up Clossure all product
SAP
Troubleshoot MES System- From Production,TE,ME side
PCA/HLA Support:
Supplier issue - part verification activity required technical skill
QN activity increase
Qualification/NPI board buyoff
RMA board buyoff / disposition / conversion
support FPY yield compilation
NPI activity support
