Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor located in Penang, Malaysia. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee daily front desk operations, manage receptionist duties, and ensure a seamless experience for guests. Responsibilities include handling reservations, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also involves supervising and mentoring the front office staff to deliver exceptional service and address guest needs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a front office team effectively
• Proficient in performing Receptionist Duties and managing day-to-day front desk operations
• Experience with Customer Service and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences
• Knowledge of managing Reservations and familiarity with reservation systems
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with strong problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
