Sepenuh Masa Customer Service - Contract 3 month Jobs, salary up to MYR 1,700 in WAHAM SDN BHD Kapar - Maukerja

• Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services
• Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease in the platform purchase
• Maintain a neat and clean conversation to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times
• Participate in the task and development of the department and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use
• Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team
• Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers
• Accurately record customer demographics, sales orders, or other information digitally or in written form (whatsapp sale)
• Communicate with other departments for improvement of product and smooth service experience

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
