Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Key in daily offline sales data accurately into system/spreadsheets
  • Maintain and update sales and finance records
  • Assist in preparing basic finance documents (invoices, receipts, payment records)
  • Support monthly sales reporting and data reconciliation
  • Check and verify completeness of sales documents before entry
  • Highlight discrepancies or missing information to the supervisor
  • Ensure proper filing and record keeping for audit purposes
  • Support general administrative tasks related to finance and sales data

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
