Sales Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in IPC INDUSTRIES SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio ofindustrial customers (approx. 20–30 accounts)
• Drive new business opportunities within Semiconductor, Aerospace, and Precision Engineering industries
• Identify growth potential within existing accounts and expand share
• Manage customers across multiple regions (Johor, KL, Melaka, Penang)
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and provide suitable material solutions
• Achieve monthly sales targets and actively contribute to team revenue growth
• Ensure timely collection and maintain healthy customer accounts

Required Qualification & Skills

• Minimum 2–3 years B2B sales experience (industrial / technical preferred)
• Able to manage both existing accounts + new business development
• Strong commercial sense — able to spot opportunities and close deals
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
