Job Responsibilities:

• Product Assembly: Perform repetitive tasks to assemble products or sub-assemblies, which may include installing, aligning, fastening, and fitting components together.
• Use of Tools and Equipment: Operate hand tool (e.g, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers), power tools (e.g, electric dills, nut runners), and occasionally light machinery safely and effectively.
• Reading Instructions: Follow detailed assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and bill of materials (BOMs) to ensure accurate assembly.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on own work and the work of peers to identify defects or deviations from standards. Adhere to all Quality Management system (QMS procedures.
• Testing: May perform basic functional tests on assembled units to verify proper operation.
• Packaging: Prepare finished products for shipment by performing cleaning, labelling, and packaging tasks as required.
• Safety and Compliance: Strictly adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations (e.g., wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)).
• Lean Manufacturing: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e., 5s, Kaizen) to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve safety.
• Documentation: Accurately complete production and quality documentation, such as work orders and inspection reports.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet production goals and address issues promptly.

Job Requirements:

• High School SPM above or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment is preferred, but no required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Basic manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to produce quality work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
