Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scanning and digitizing HR documents.
  • Ensure accurate and organized electronic filing.
  • Collaborate with the HR team during the ongoing system migration.
  • Provide assistance in uploading scanned documents to the new system.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Update and maintain employee records in the HR database.
  • Manage physical filing systems.
  • Ensure all HR documents are properly labeled and stored.
  • Provide clerical assistance to the HR department as needed.
  • Undertake miscellaneous administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
