Work from Home M-E Engineering CAD Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Deneed Services Johor - Maukerja

Deneed Services Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based building consultancy specialising in M&E engineering design, fire safety, and building services. We are expanding our team and welcome applications from candidates based in Johor Bahru who prefer to work locally while contributing to meaningful Singapore building projects.

Onboarding: First 3 months: regular Zoom check-ins with Jurong West team + weekly JB meeting if needed.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (SGT / MYT aligned)

Key Responsibilites:

• Prepare M&E design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Revise drawings based on engineer comments, site conditions, and authority requirements
• Coordinate with Singapore-based engineers and project teams via Zoom, email, and project management tools
• Prepare drawing packages for Singapore authority submissions (SCDF, BCA, URA, HDB)
• Maintain drawing registers, revision control logs, and documentation records
• Attend weekly in-person team meetings in Johor Bahru (venue TBC, accessible location)
• Assist with general project documentation and drawing management tasks as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of relevant M&E CAD / drafting experience in building or construction projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit / BIM experience is a definite advantage
• Working knowledge of M&E systems including ACMV, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating effectively across a cross-border team
• Reliable home office or co-working space setup in Johor Bahru
• Able to work independently, well-organised, and attentive to detail
• Familiarity with Singapore authority submission processes is a plus (training provided)
