Job Scope:
- Assist in preparing and organizing accounting documents for filing and audit purposes
- Support data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems
- Help maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and other financial records
- Assist in audit preparation by compiling required documents and schedules
- Provide general administrative support to the accounts team
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Internship welcome)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to handle confidential information responsibly
- Able to start immediately
