Responsibilities

Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role involves handling documentation, coordinating communication, managing schedules, and supporting various departments as required.

Key Responsibilities1. Administrative & Office Support

  • Manage and organize office files, records, and documentation.
  • Prepare letters, reports, memos, and other business documents.
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations.

2. Data Entry & Record Keeping

  • Enter and update data in systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff information.

3. Scheduling & Coordination

  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and calendars for management.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate staff activities, or company events.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM800.00 per month
