Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Core Accounting: Independently manage full sets of accounts and ensure timely, accurate month-end and year-end closing for a portfolio of clients.

• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements.

• Client Advisory: Go beyond the numbers by presenting clear financial insights and helping clients solve complex accounting issues.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the key point of contact to ensure smooth communication between clients, external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.

• Team Leadership: Guide and allocate work to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

What You Need to Succeed (Requirements):

• Education: Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Accountancy. Candidates who are part-way through their ACCA, CPA, or MICPA are highly encouraged to apply.

• Experience: Strong, hands-on experience handling full sets of accounts and navigating accounting standards.

• Technical Skills: Must be proficient in SQL Accounting or AutoCount software.

• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. You must be comfortable engaging directly with business owners and external stakeholders.

• Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver.
