Job Description

O2 Klinik is seeking a professional and dedicated Clinic Nurse / Medical Assistant to support our medical team. This role involves providing patient care, assisting doctors, performing nursing tasks, and ensuring a safe and welcoming clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide standard patient care according to clinic operational guidelines.
• Assist doctors during consultations and medical procedures.
• Perform nursing tasks independently following established checklists.
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to promote collaboration.
• Dispense medications as prescribed by doctors, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Administer medications and injections according to protocols.
• Support clinic events and outreach programs as required.
• Manage patient registration and update waiting times and consultation room assignments.
• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries professionally and accurately.
• Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies and medications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic.
• Perform in rotation shift as per duty roster.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification required.
• Associate’s diploma/degree in nursing or medical assisting from an accredited program.
• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, Clinic Nurse, or similar healthcare role preferred.
• Knowledgeable about healthcare trends and developments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional, ethical, and approachable demeanor.
• Own reliable transportation and able to work in rotation shifts.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
