Location: Love A Loaf HUB, Georgetown, Penang
Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate the bakery section and collaborate with bakers for smooth workflow
• Prepare ingredients and handle baking equipment efficiently
• Follow set recipes to create high-quality bread, baked goods, and confections
• Decorate bread and desserts for excellent presentation
• Maintain cleanliness, stock organization, and hygiene standards
• Support a positive and productive work environment through training and teamwork
• Perform other bakery-related duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Preferably 1 year in bread baking (fresh graduates with a passion for baking are welcome!)
• Education: Certification in Baking, Pastry Arts, or Culinary is a plus
• Skills: Strong baking fundamentals, attention to detail, and creativity
• Industry Background: Experience in bakeries, cafes, or F&B outlets preferred
• Work Ethic: Hardworking, team-oriented, and eager to learn
