Full Time Customer Service Executive(Gelang Patah) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in AGENSI PEKERJAAN JOB MASTER SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

• Act as the main point of contact between customers and warehouse/logistics operations teams.
• Manage and process customer orders accurately and within the required timeline.
• Monitor shipment, pickup, and delivery status to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide customers with updates regarding shipment status, delays, or operational issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport, inventory, and operations teams to ensure service efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Prepare and maintain shipment documents, invoices, and operational reports.
• Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation in the system.
• Follow up with customers and internal departments to resolve shipment or invoicing issues.
• Maintain good working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement in customer service and operational performance.
• Ensure all tasks comply with company SOPs and operational requirements.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
