What you'll be doing

• Assist the Purchasing team in processing purchase requisitions and orders across a range of products and services
• Liaise with suppliers to coordinate deliveries, manage inquiries and ensure timely fulfilment of orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports on stock levels, order status and supplier performance
• Provide administrative support to the Purchasing team, including filing, documentation and data entry
• Support the implementation of procurement policies and procedures to drive efficiency and cost savings
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to identify and address procurement-related issues

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a purchasing/procurement or materials control role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in using ERP/procurement software and MS Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain management and inventory control principles

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
