Full Time Project Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in LanTro (M) Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

2. Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Manage expectations and provide regular project updates.
• Conduct project meetings and progress reviews.

3. Budget & Cost Control

• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
• Monitor expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
• Approve invoices and manage financial documentation.

4. Risk & Quality Management

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Maintain high standards of quality and performance.

5. Team Leadership

• Lead and motivate project teams.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to ensure smooth project execution.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain proper project documentation.
• Prepare progress reports for management.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned reviews.

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of project management experience.
• Experience in [insert relevant industry – e.g., ICT infrastructure, ELV systems, construction, telecommunications, etc.] preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certifications (Preferred)

• PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
• Relevant technical certifications (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
