Full Time Production Team Lead Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in OMCV SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Position: Production Team Lead

Salary Package: RM5,500 - RM6,500

Working Location: Ulu Tiram, Johor

Company Background: Metal Stamping Manufacturer

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon-Friday) & 8.30am - 1pm (Saturday)

Job Descriptions:

-Plan and monitor daily production schedules

-Ensure production runs smoothly and on time

-Coordinate with different departments (e.g. warehouse, quality, purchasing)

-Track production output and report any delays or issues

-Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products

-Assist in improving production processes for better efficiency

-Maintain production records and reports

Job Requirements:

-Candidate possesses at least a Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Production/Operations Management/Business Administration or any related fields.

-Required 5 to 7 years of related experience

-Experience in robotic welding coding will be an advantage

-Experience in the machining industry is preferred

-Good planning and organizational skills

-Basic knowledge of production processes and workflow

-Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP systems, etc.)

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
