The Opportunity
We are looking for two strategic and hands-on Supply Chain & Logistics Leads to orchestrate the end-to-end readiness of materials, equipment, and distribution channels. In this role, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that our facility has everything it needs to sustain uninterrupted production. This is a critical leadership role that bridges the gap between validation-scale production and full-scale commercial distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Validation & Production Support: Secure and manage the complex raw material supply chain specifically for validation and PPQ batches.
- Cold Chain Management: Oversee end-to-end cold chain logistics, ensuring temperature-controlled handling and storage meet stringent regulatory and quality requirements.
- Inventory & Warehouse Governance: Maintain rigorous inventory management systems and ensure all storage activities adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
- Traceability & Compliance: Implementation of robust systems to ensure 100% end-to-end material traceability from vendor to final product.
- Commercial Readiness: Build and prepare distribution networks to ensure a seamless transition into post-PPQ commercial manufacturing and global distribution.
- Vendor Management: Lead negotiations and manage relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners to mitigate supply risks.
Key Deliverables
In this role, you will be directly responsible for the following outputs:
- Material Availability Plans: Ensuring zero downtime due to material shortages.
- Cold Chain Documentation: Comprehensive logs and validation reports for temperature-sensitive shipments.
- Inventory Control Reports: Accurate, real-time tracking of assets and consumables.
- Supply Risk Assessments: Identifying and mitigating potential bottlenecks in the global supply chain.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ERP Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, with specific, hands-on experience in SAP (MM/WM/SD modules).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and international cold-chain regulations.
- Experience: Proven track record in managing complex logistics in a regulated environment (Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech preferred).
- Competencies: Strong organizational skills, exceptional vendor management abilities, and a "solutions-oriented" mindset.

Pay: RM19,500.00 - RM30,000.00 per month
