Job Summary

The Cashier is responsible for handling customer payments, processing orders accurately, and providing friendly customer service to ensure smooth daily operations at Nasi Lemak Hantu.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and take orders politely.
• Process cash, card, and e-wallet payments accurately.
• Operate POS system and issue receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier counter.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for order accuracy.
• Prepare daily sales and cash reports.
• Perform opening and closing cashier duties.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience as cashier is an advantage.
