We’re looking for reliable and tech‑savvy individuals to join as a Night Shift Office Admin (Data & Operations) — a role that focuses on back‑office support, data accuracy, and operational tasks during night hours, with minimal phone calls required.

What You’ll Do

• Perform accurate data entry, document updates & reporting
• Manage internal orders and operational records
• Support night‑time office tasks and workflow coordination
• Track and update system records using software tools
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote)
• Basic understanding of internal software systems
• Knowledge of SQL or accounting systems is a plus
• High typing accuracy and attention to detail
• Disciplined, responsible, and quick to learn
• Comfortable working night shift
