Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer service calls or email professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or product-related issues.
- Update and manage customer data in the system.
- Resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM /SKM or equivalent
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Work Schedule Options:
6 Working Days
- Working Hours (6 Days/Week – Rotational Shifts):
- 6 AM – 3 PM | 7 AM – 4 PM | 8 AM – 5 PM | 9 AM – 6 PM | 10 AM – 7 PM | 11 AM – 8 PM | 12 PM – 9 PM | 1 PM – 10 PM | 3 PM – 12 AM | 5 PM – 3 AM | 10 PM – 6 AM
