Full Time Senior Manager F-B (Café - Food Manufacturing - RTE) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Shogime Trading Sdn. Bhd. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

We are looking for a highly experienced F&B professional (minimum 5 years experience) with a strong background in both café operations AND food product development/production (RTE/retort preferred).

This is NOT an entry-level or general F&B role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full F&B operations (café + ready-to-eat product line).
• Manage daily café performance, service quality, and team leadership.
• Lead product development and scaling for retort / RTE meals (e.g. lambshank).
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and production standards.
• Handle inventory, costing, and supplier coordination.
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, SOPs, etc.).

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years experience in F&B industry.
• MUST have experience in:

- Café / restaurant operations AND
- Food production / central kitchen / RTE products

• Strong knowledge of retort processing, shelf-stable food, or food manufacturing is a big advantage.
• Experience managing teams and training staff.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and operationally strong.

We will NOT consider:

• Fresh graduates.
• Candidates without F&B experience.
• Candidates with only service crew / basic kitchen experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
