Job Description

Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Assist in processing monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records (e.g. attendance, leave, overtime, allowances, deductions.
  • Verify payroll data and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Calculate wages, overtime, commissions, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management.
  • Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of payroll records.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance departments on payroll-related matters.
  • Performs other related duties incidental to work described herein and/or other functions which are logical assignments to the position.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Diploma/ Bachelor of Degree or equivalent
