Are you passionate about people and eager to learn how HR works in the real world? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team! This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations while working in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support our recruitment process (posting jobs, screening applications, arranging interviews).
• Assist with onboarding new hires and handling employee exit processes.
• Help maintain HR files, records, and databases.
• Prepare HR letters, documents, and simple reports.
• Get involved in employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day tasks and projects.
• Assist in payroll preparation (e.g., attendance checking, allowance claims, basic payroll support).

What We’re Looking For

• Currently studying Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or a related field.
• Able to commit to at least 3 months internship.
• Friendly, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
