We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Site Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of texture paint services, wainscoting, flute panels, and mirrors. You will manage on-site operations to ensure the timely, efficient, and high-quality completion of projects, while ensuring adherence to safety standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site operations, allocate tasks, and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Hands-on experience with texture paint applications, wainscoting, flute panel, and mirror installations
• Make sure texture paint, Install wainscoting, flute panels, and mirrors with attention to detail.
• Monitor the quality of installations, ensure safety protocols are followed, and handle tools/equipment safely.
• Communicate with clients, providing updates and resolving any issues.
• Lead and mentor the installation team, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Basic knowledge of design principles for texture finishes and panel installations
• Ability to work in various environments, including indoors and outdoors
• To perform any other assignments as and when required by the Management

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, with hands-on experience in texture paint, wainscoting, and mirror installation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to follow project specifications and client needs
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varied environments, including heights.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; construction safety certification is a plus.
• Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
