Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers and agents regarding invoices, pricing and account matters
  • Prepare, issue and manage invoices accurately and on a timely basis
  • Coordinate and follow up on billing, payment status and account reconciliation
  • Support the management team in day-to-day accounting and administrative operations
  • Prepare, organize and maintain financial documents and records
  • Perform data entry and maintain records in accounting software (e.g., Autocount)
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the accounting team

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication skills and able to liaise with customers and agents professionally
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
