Marketing Officer Responsibilities: Perform supportive role for Marketing department in terms of quotation compilation, customer requirements compilation, document auditing, documentation and customer service. Assist Key Account Manager / Executive in the perspective of marketing / sales relevance. Prepare quotation compilation with standard formula based on customer requirements. Obtain costing details from supplier and ensure accuracy of the quotation. Communicate back and forth with supplier and customer to ensure information is correct prior to quotation submission. Perform routine updates on details of costing, suppliers information and customers information. Involve in internal audit for documentation and related processes and other operation activities when it is required. Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required skills : MS Office, RFQ, Logical Thinking, Multitasking, Communication and Customer Service. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing / Business Development or equivalent. Desk job is 80% of the time.
