Location : Careclinics (First Medicare), Semenyih Selangor

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the clinic branch to ensure efficient workflow and high service standards.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling, patient registration, and front-desk activities.
• Supervise administrative staff and support smooth communication between doctors, nurses, and patients.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor clinic cleanliness, safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Maintain proper records, reports, inventory, and documentation related to clinic operations.
• Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance coordination.
• Support sales and marketing activities, including health campaigns, promotions, and patient engagement initiatives.
• Monitor branch performance, revenue targets, and operational costs.
• Ensure adequate stock levels of medical supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
• Prepare operational reports and submit updates to management regularly.
• Assist management in implementing new procedures, systems, or business strategies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Medical Assistant or related field.
• Experience in clinic, healthcare, or customer service operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
