Key Responsibilities

Full Set of Accounts

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process supplier invoices and payments.
• Issue customer invoices, receipts, and statements.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare profit & loss statement, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
• Assist in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Monitor company expenses and cost control.

Statutory & Compliance

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and bankers.
• Assist in audit schedules and tax submissions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Administrative & Other Duties

• Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
• Support finance-related administrative tasks.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years experience handling full set of accounts.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Familiar with accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, UBS, SAP, etc.).
• Knowledge of SST, audit, and tax processes preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
