Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor laser groove machines in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Set up machine parameters and ensure process stability.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for machine or process issues.
- Support product qualification, process improvement, and yield enhancement activities.
- Conduct machine maintenance coordination and ensure equipment uptime.
- Monitor SPC data and maintain process documentation.
- Work closely with Production, QA, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics or related field).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in semiconductor backend process or laser groove process is an advantage.
- Knowledge in troubleshooting, SPC, FMEA, and process control.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willing to work in shift if required.
- Exposure to advanced semiconductor manufacturing technology.
