Overall Job Responsibility

• To assist the Process Engineer in supporting daily manufacturing operations by maintaining stable production processes, troubleshooting process issues, and implementing process improvements to achieve targets for yield, quality, productivity, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Support Process Engineer in maintaining and improving production processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor daily production yield, defects, and process performance.
• Prepare and maintain work instructions and process documents.
• Support NPI activities, including workstation setup and process readiness.
• Assist in PFMEA, SPC monitoring, and Control Plan implementation.
• Support development of jigs, fixtures, and Poka-Yoke devices.
• Assist in process trials, validation, and engineering builds.
• Support preventive maintenance for jigs, fixtures, and equipment.
• Work with production and quality teams to resolve daily manufacturing issues.
• Support RMA investigation and 8D corrective actions for process-related issues.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Education Level: Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic or related field).
• Working Experience: Minimum 2 year working experience in related field
• Ability to communicate with all levels of employees

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,600.00 per month

• Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Required)

Experience:

• process technician: 2 years (Required)
