Marketing Manager
Role Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving both brand growth and lead generation through strategic planning and hands-on campaign development. This role leads the marketing team, conceptualises impactful campaigns, and ensures execution across brand, communications, and digital channels to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development
- Develop and execute overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Conceptualise and lead integrated marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness
- Identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable marketing initiatives
Lead Generation & Growth
- Drive qualified lead generation through both online and offline channels
- Work closely with Digital Marketing to optimise performance campaigns and funnels
- Continuously improve conversion strategies across touchpoints
Brand Building
- Strengthen and position the company’s brand identity and market presence
- Oversee brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all campaigns and materials
- Develop initiatives that enhance brand visibility and credibility
Team Leadership & Execution
- Lead and manage the Brand & Communications
- Synergise with digital marketing team
- Translate strategies into clear campaign plans and deliverables
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution across all marketing activities
Budget & Performance Management
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Track and analyse campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs
- Optimise marketing efforts based on data and insights
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to align on lead quality and targets
- Support product launches, partnerships, and key business initiatives
- Ensure marketing contributes directly to revenue growth
Key Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with campaign ownership experience
- Strong understanding of both brand building and performance marketing
- Proven ability to generate leads and execute campaigns
- Leadership experience with the ability to guide teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
