Full Time Handyman Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Suntech@Penang Cybercity Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

• Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the building infrastructure and facilities ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and fixing issues related to electrical, plumbing, air conditioning system, carpentry, and other building systems.
• Carry out small project and installation as and when needed.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Records the performed maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs accurately.
• Participate in emergency response procedures related to building safety.

REQUIREMENT:

SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities / building maintenance
• hands-on experience in both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of basic electrical wiring, motors and general facility systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and work under minimal supervision.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours or respond to emergency call-outs when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
