Full Time MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Texchem-Pack(Johor) Johor - Maukerja

Job Description

• Ensure compliance to the task instructions, procedures and regulations during maintenance work
• Perform Preventive Machine Maintenance job for Vacuum forming, Pressure Forming and Punching Machines & production equipment and record the maintenance carried out.
• Follow up on any major repair/servicing done by or with internal or external personnel and record details into the respective machine history card with any recommendations
• Responsible to all machine downtime, fix the affected machine within shortest turn-around-time to minimize impact to production.
• Response for breakdown and emergency maintenance task some of which may require to work outside normal working hour (OT)
• Ensure good housekeeping at maintenance area as well as other areas where maintenance job are being conducted.
• Ensure compliance to procedures and regulations.
• Ensure that the Quality Management System requirement related to the Dept is implemented and maintained.
• Take necessary action to improve the maintenance job flow
• Any other job assignment required by the superior from time to time.
• Establish Annual PM plan and execute the PM activities accordingly
• Spare Part Inventory control, Updates and tracking

General

• It shall be the duty of every employee while at work to take reasonable care of safety and health of himself / herself and other person

Qualification:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
• Good knowledge in Thermoforming or any machine trouble shooting skills
• Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
• Proactive & work independently.
• Ability on multi-task and manage time-effectively.
• Medically Fit
• Able to work rotating shift

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
