Full Time BO Chargeman (11kv-33kv) (Manufacturing) - Pasir Gudang Jobs, Salary up to MYR 12,000 in Acetalent Staffing Solutions Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: Serve as the registered Competent Person with the Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga).
• Cogeneration & Grid Management: Manage synchronization, load sharing, and protection of the cogeneration (cogen) unit with the utility grid, ensuring high-voltage system stability and seamless plant integration.
• Switchgear & Substation Operations: Execute switching operations and oversee maintenance of High Voltage (11kV/33kV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical systems.
• Maintenance Strategy: Lead and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all plant electrical systems.
• Safety & LOTO Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures and safe switching practices.
• Emergency Response: Provide leadership and technical expertise during electrical faults, power outages, or system failures.

Requirements

• Certification: Valid Chargeman BO (11kV or 33kV) certification issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Experience: 4–6 years of experience in heavy industrial environments (e.g., oleochemicals, petrochemicals, or power plants).
• Cogeneration Expertise: Hands-on experience with steam or gas turbines and synchronized power generation systems.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in protection relay settings, troubleshooting of MCCs, and high-voltage system diagnostics.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
