Full Time Senior CMM Programmer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 15,000 in Horizontal Talents Selangor - Maukerja

Located in Serendah

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming: Develop, debug, and optimize CMM inspection programs for complex aerospace parts.
• Operation: Perform CMM inspection (including Zeiss/Calypso software) for in-process and final inspection.
• Technical Knowledge: Interpret complex blueprint drawings, understand GD&T (ASME Y14.5), and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Documentation: Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI), generate inspection reports, and handle non-conformance reports (NCR) using systems like SAP.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform calibration and basic troubleshooting of CMM hardware and software.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CMM programming, preferably in aerospace or precision machining.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CMM software (e.g., Calypso).
• Strong knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
