Role Purpose

We are seeking six highly skilled Facilities & Utilities Engineers to join our team during a critical facility startup and validation phase. Your primary mission will be to guarantee maximum equipment reliability, execute proactive maintenance strategies, and provide robust technical support to ensure our utility systems and manufacturing equipment are world-class and compliant from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Design Compliance: Rigorously verify that all equipment installations strictly adhere to design specifications and engineering standards.
• Commissioning & Qualification: Facilitate and lead commissioning and qualification testing for new equipment and utility systems.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Serve as the technical lead to troubleshoot mechanical and equipment failures during operational runs, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive preventive maintenance programs tailored to the facility’s specific needs.
• Operational Readiness: Maintain constant equipment calibration and operational readiness, ensuring all systems are available for production schedules.

Key Deliverables

In this role, you will be directly responsible for the creation and maintenance of:

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all facility equipment.
• Detailed Maintenance Plans and asset management strategies.
• Accurate and compliant Calibration Records.
• Formal Equipment Readiness Reports for management and regulatory review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Industry Expertise: Proven expertise in pharmaceutical utilities, with specific knowledge of HVAC and WFI (Water For Injection) systems.
• Systems Proficiency: High proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), specifically Maximo or SAP PM.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong mechanical aptitude with a deep understanding of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to work under pressure during facility startup phases and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Work Location : Singapore

Pay: RM19,500.00 - RM27,000.00 per month
