Role Overview

As a Supervisor in the Grocery section, your role is to ensure product availability, maintaining store standards and leading staff to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of grocery staff
• Ensure shelf are fully stocked, well organized and properly labeled.
• Monitor daily inventory level and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Implement merchandising and promotional display
• Check product quality, freshness and expired date regularly
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and hygiene standard
• Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
• Collaborate with team members to meat daily sales and service goals

Requirement

• 2 Years related experience
• SPM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
