Kerja Sepenuh Masa Custom Clearance Assistant, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di XFS Industries Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify import/export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, etc.)
• Assist in filing customs declarations and processing shipping documents
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and transporters
• Track shipment status and ensure timely clearance
• Maintain proper records of customs documentation and compliance files
• Monitor duty payments, tariffs, and tax calculations
• Ensure compliance with local and international customs regulations
• Support in resolving customs-related issues or discrepancies
• Update internal systems with shipment and clearance details
• Assist in audits and regulatory inspections when required

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in customs clearance or logistics support (freshers with relevant knowledge may apply)
• Knowledge of customs regulations and documentation procedures
• Familiarity with customs portals and ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
